Training times

Junior training times are as follows:

U17 - Tuesday 5:30pm to 7:00pm
U15 - Wednesday 7:00pm to 8:30pm
U13 - Wednesday 5:30pm to 7:00pm
U11 - Thursday 5:30pm to 7:00pm
U9 - Thursday 5:30pm to 7:00pm

Senior training times are as follows:

Tuesdays
7:00pm to 8:30pm Women's (all grades)
8:30pm to 10:00pm Men's (all grades)

Thursdays
7:00pm to 8:30pm Men's (all grades)
8:30pm to 10:00pm Women's (all grades)

If you are not a current member and are thinking of joining our club, please feel free to turn up and introduce yourself at training. You'll find that you will be made to feel very welcome.

Coaches names are listed on the contacts page. If you cannot attend training (particularly if you are a member of the senior men's and women's squads) please pay your coach the courtesy of a phone call.

You will note that junior training times have changed from past years. In order to expand our junior development program we have rostered all junior grades with 90 minutes of training time.
